What was up with the roe deer in the last picture? Illness or hiding from the storm or even from you?

Strange, this with the roe deer really lies unusually. What if it's preparing for calving, although that's with roe deer in May and June, who knows what trouble it got into.
Alpski Slovenc, nice pictures, good that you two showed up again a bit, safe on your paths.

Unfortunately there was no help for her. The day before she wasn't here. Thanks Ajda for the nice wishes, returning them.

Looking at AlpskiSlovenc's pictures and comparing them to mine, I just can't believe how the level of Double Lake dropped in a few days. I took a free day on Wednesday, started from Blato via Sedmera past Prehodavci, original plan was Kanjavec, but at the last junction I changed my mind and returned via Kopica path, it really blew me around nicely. nasmeh I was surprised by the number of hikers given it was midweek. Attaching some of my snapshots.

So I won't open a new topic, as I was primarily interested in the view of the lakes from height, that is from Tičarica, Zelnarica ...
Two-day trip in this TNP area wasn't most favorable to us weather-wise, of course there was clear with sunshine too, but one plus, less spilonasmeh.
Day 1 - morning start in dark; 2.30 from pasture Blato, well this is already third such night start of the tour that's becoming more and more likable to us, some adrenaline - admit, especially when eyes lit up in dark, well they were just cows', (some unnamedeek) and toads', as you scared me on the path with two big toads staring at me with four eyesvelik nasmeh.
We continued the path over pasture at lake, pasture Viševnik, pasture Ovčarija to Štapc, then to Tičarica, Zelnarica, over Hribarice to Kanjavec, descent to Prehodavci - to quench thirst a bit, then down the valley to Hut at Triglav Lakes, where we slept.
Day 2 - over Štapce and pastures that we had to get to know in daylight, and of course closer, from Pasture at Lake we continued to pasture Laz, then to hut Vogar, well to there we used our pony.
About these two days I could write a lot, but not important, as such beauties you have to experience exclusively, from herd of chamois, to marmots, to flock of wild grouse on Ovčarija, to chatting with keepers, yes there was a lot, ... yes and start of week when no such crowds, though met many Czechs again.
Sleeping in hut, ... well quite tolerable, first time on common bunks where three old men had snoring competitionvelik nasmeh
Cheers!

Nice greeting. Can anyone advise on a tour to see all seven Triglav lakes? The easiest path that exists to see all 7, because I'm getting visitors and want to take them to mountainsvelik nasmeh.. Would sleep once, so two-day. Easiest because condition-wise not super prepared. Thanks for helpnasmeh

@Kekec666: starting point Planina Blato, book overnight in Hut at Triglav Lakes, from hut another 2 hours to Prehodavci where the highest lake is, if not dried up due to drought..

From Planina Blato is the easiest path, you go past Black Lake too, 2 at the hut, then Ledvička and another 3 on the way to Prehodavci, you see all 7 if none dried up yet, I was last weekend at Špičje and there was still some water..nasmeh

Aha super, no, because I was there once but only to the hut at Triglav Lakes, and we went from Savica Waterfall, over Komna, and I thought that if we go from Planina Blato to the hut at Triglav Lakes, we won't see the black one.. Where is Ledvička then?? Thanks for kindness and answersvelik nasmeh

Ledvička is less than an hour further from the Hut at Triglav Lakes, then another hour further and you're already at Zasavska Hut at Prehodavci, by then you'll see another 3 lakes nasmeh

Kekec666, given that you say your guests aren't the best prepared, don't take walking times literally. You can double them, as there will be quite a lot of interesting things along the way. To the hut at Seven Lakes from planina Blato there are two paths, take care to choose the left one and not the one leading over Štapce. From Prehodavci you can return to planina Blato via Dolina za Kopico, that path is also very nice. My advice would be to sleep at Prehodavci, as it's about halfway. And get a mountaineering map of the area and it'll be clearer. Lots of enjoyment along the way.

I went quite moderately and took lots of photos along the way, and it took me 2 hours from the Hut at Triglav Lakes. If people are totally out of shape then surely they won't go on a 5-hour tour, right? Prehodavci are actually right in the middle, I agree, but personally the Hut at Triglav Lakes is much closer to my heart nasmeh but that's of course totally subjective, so everyone chooses what they like..mežikanje

Me too, I suggest (like Sandra) the path from Blato to Blato. You drive high up, a bit of a problem with parking by the road as space runs out quickly. Then in less than an hour to Planina pri jezeru (hut). After photos and more continue on the left path to planina Viševnik about 30 min. (Bregarjevo zavetišče, very friendly guy entertains and treats you - many spend the day there and overnight). Further the path leads to planina Ovčarija a bit more than half an hour. At Ovčarija you reach two neat huts (left is Smodlakov brlog) and past them continue on the path that gently descends to the "main road" Blato - 7 lakes. Continue left on the path Čez Prode (don't go to Štapce) and after about 40 min you'll be at the first lake and hut. Then along the valley of 7 lakes to Zasavska hut at Prehodavci about 2 hours. But definitely reserve sleeping in advance. From the hut at Prehodavci climb under Vršaki to the pass between Velika Zelnarica and the last Voglo. Follows slow descent through Dolina za Kopico to planina Dedno polje and on to planina Jezero and to Blato. If you have will and strength left for visiting another pasture - Laz, which I highly recommend, turn left at Dedno polje following signs to planina Laz. After about one hour you reach nice and "lively" planina Laz. At herdsman Greg you get very good sour milk, real mountain cottage cheese and cheese - you won't regret this detour that extends the path by 1 hour. To Blato descend via usual path Laz - Blato, no need to return to planina Jezero. I recommend sleeping at Prehodavci. If you're curious about anything else - ask. But you won't see the Black Lake sadly!mežikanjevelik nasmeh

Hey! This week I plan to go to Triglav Lakes, is it feasible to do the path in one day? And which path do you recommend more - from Blato or from Savica? Thanks!!

@POLJANC: if you go from planina Blato to Zasavska hut at Prehodavci you see all 7, so we didn't forget any zavijanje z očmi

@kajek: it's feasible in one day no problem, easier path is from Blato nasmeh

@sandra, to see the Black Lake, the tour has to be somewhat different. Pl. Blato-Pl. pri jezeru-Pl.Viševnik and from there quite a bit down, almost to the edge of Komarče. There, past the Black Lake to Prehodavci.
