I'm interested how the road to Krma is and how far you can drive by car (Kovinarska hut or higher)? What are the snow conditions at Kredarica?

With the car you can easily get to the parking ramp. At Kredarica lots of holes trampled but you get there without problem as well as to Triglav with the equipment that must be, crampons, ice axe, helmet there's still quite some snow up there.

Today on Triglav, weather excellent, conditions super, just as Dominic already said. Highly recommend.

Well, I reached Triglav for the third time this year, already in Krma 16 mountaineers gathered, our goal was Kredarica for the bolder ones Triglav. From Kredarica onwards all the way to the top it was constantly blowing, mostly fixed protections sticking out, very little snow for this time, winter equipment needed (crampons, ice axe, helmet), along the way saw a guide who had in the rope team more than 5 persons mrk pogled

met right in the middle of MT is that good-bad I don't know, since they could belay with self-belaying sets (if he had them) or somehow else cross the most demanding part. Return was fast but quite slippery. I have Tibet so like having nails underneath.

Today to Triglav from Krma. At parking actually no snow, but path soon becomes nasty, since first ascent in forest is quite icy and further path is hard and locally icy, so crampons welcome already to Kredarica. Further to summit today wind disturbed a bit and as always, maximum caution needed to MT. nasmeh

Thanks, yes more pics from Kredarica to the top so the conditions are more visible, because up to Kredarica itself there's always more said. As for time, started from parking at 6, back at 12.30, with short stops at the top and the hut. Lp nasmeh

super, I was also thinking of going up on Friday, but it'll be too hot, snow will get soft.

On Saturday we with the group (19 people) set off to conquer the peak. Started in Krma via Kredarica and Mali Triglav up to Triglav.
From Krma the path is snowy but well trodden, so even a layman can't get off the path. To Kredarica no crampons needed, but for the ascent and descent to the peak, MANDATORY!!!
