Path Čez Komar is dry, fixed protections held up well over winter. At the cable car station below Dolič there's frozen snow, so I put on crampons. Mulatiera from Dolič to Morbegno is passable too, in the second part I go on winter tracks because no need to detour, then straight to the hut and over ZTP, and on to Bovška Škrbina. No one ahead of me, but quite drifted crossing before entering the gully, so had to be careful. The gully itself no issues, slab to the top fully snowed, snow already softening slowly so pleasant ascent.

Descended back to Morbegno, chatted with the local who made me tasty tea, then down into the valley below Morbegno and direct to old Kugy path, past Jolanda to mulatiera then to valley.

Above 2000m still fully winter conditions.
Some came from Kredarica direction, one from Planika turned back.

In the snow gully below Dolič there is still a lot of snow, hard frozen in the morning at 8:30.

The hut on Dolič survived the winter without damage this year.

today there were quite a few people at the summit. Didn't need winter gear for the ascent, except on the snowfield at the route entrance, I helped myself with the ice axe on descent. Weather fantastic. But probably soon crowded when these snow patches melt.

Hi, I'm interested if Tominšek route and prag are already snow-free. If someone hiked there these days please write, cuz end of week I plan to go up. lp and safe steps to all. zavijanje z očmi

I can only tell you that the path from Kota to Triglav is passable without winter gear. Somewhere you still cross some snowfield but snow is southern and no problem. As for then to the summit just at entrance to climbing route small snowfield then bare path to summit. nasmeh

On Saturday from Kredarica towards the summit there were still quite some snowfields, two of them on slightly more exposed parts. Went without gear though. I doubt it all melted in three days. Maybe it did.

tropine: On Saturday I went up Tominšek and down via Prag. Snow is on the flat part below Kredarica (Kotel), but not problematic, just that last crossing was annoying (which you simply avoid), because snow was pretty soft. It's true I started from Vrata only at 12.30. Lp

Got info, it's bare, some snow at top of Plemenice, where slope flattens. Ice axe definitely recommended, at least I'll take it. Good luck on the way!

Path is bare. Before Triglav notch though there's still quite extensive snowfield which you can't cross without proper gear.

If anyone goes from Krma via Kredarica to Triglav, the path is snow-free, except at the start of the climbing route there is a sample of snow, which you can easily avoid. Also info for ascent from Planika, there from Planika on still snowfield, not so extensive but there is nasmeh

in the valley and above Tosec still dense fog

that's all that needs to be mentioned.... there's just a little snow to cross here, and even that can be avoided

from Planika onwards there is still some snow

it was already pretty hot on Kredarica on the way back

someone lost their glasses here, this is a bit above Prgarca, on the way to Kredarica or towards Stanič

Friday after work quick to Kredarica via Tominškovo. Some snow below Kredarica, gear not needed. Saturday morning to top in fog and occasionally very strong wind. Descent to ZTP, small snowfield below notch (ice axe doesn't hurt), via Plemenice to hole and past hunter's hut back to Aljažev dom.

Yesterday from Zadnjica, via Plemenice. Decided for them although hesitated a bit due to fog. Whole ascent blowing hard, really. Met no one, completely dry except under ZTP. Today via Bovška škrbina to top. Still good to have ice axe, snow not melted yet, some higher remained. Top blowing strong, few visits in such weather. Under Planika snow cleared some, some left. Then to Dolič still no rain. There admired chamois under Dolič then rain started and arrived Zadnjica soaked. Still nice tour.
