@SamoK, calm down a bit. Read some mountaineering and alpinism history and remember when helmet wearing started. Probably all eight-thousanders were climbed without helmets.
Of course I don't advocate not wearing helmets, but these are not rascals and criminals who should go to jail.

I don't like posting on forums, but exception.
"To Triglav nice trodden path, poles, etc. At some spots bit of scrambling on rocks due to too little snow. Wires on ridge out. Similarly out some wires on path to Mali Triglav."
Please, let no Sunday hiker interpret this as it's a walk. Besides, path requires experience, and courage. Protection no shame.

I'm wondering if two ice axes are necessary for path to Triglav from Kredarica? Will one be enough? Can't imagine what those ladders look like.

I didn't climb to the top. But I saw some have one, others two ice axes.
Some despite ice axes turned back to hut before the ladder. Definitely very demanding.

Tejko, if you don't have enough experience, I suggest ascent with thicker snow cover. Worst is scratching a bit on rock, a bit on ice.
Most demanding is the traverse in the third fifth of Mali Triglav. The steepness is severe and if there's little snow, the pitons are half buried, ice axe also doesn't have enough support.

I was at the summit two days ago alone with two ice axes, which proved to be the right decision. Not much snow, on the initial part towards Mali Triglav it's frozen, while on sunny side it was completely rotten. Except the first traverse and two more, the path is relatively safely passable (of course with proper gear!), cables are many places out, on exposed spots I recommend extra caution and if possible climbing in a rope team. On mentioned spots extra care on descent.
Another emphasis for the first steep slope on ascent to Mali Triglav, there's a deep track made, but snow is quite loose and on descent offers poorer grip!
One of critical passages - traverse is well visible from picture 9 (post Tomaž11 / 26.12).
PS: duty weather guys at Kredarica say snow on 3 and 4.1., so use the great days.

Yesterday, day before New Year's Eve my wife and I went from Krma to Kredarica. Since conditions except quite strong wind didn't look bad, I ascended alone to Triglav summit. Wife was enjoying at Kredarica then.
Conditions unchanged for some time. Crampons mandatory already below Kredarica due to very hard snow, same towards summit but there also one or two ice axes needed. I took two, but soon realized both at least in my opinion useful only in first steep, later the second is more or less in the way. Quite some protections are out and using them is easier if you have one hand free.

We too were on Triglav yesterday. To Kredarica arrived the day before, after quite cold night in the morning towards summit. Regarding conditions predecessor said all, I also had two ice axes, which I think are quite useful up to Mali Triglav, further only one would really suffice. Despite quite strong wind the day was excellent.

New Year's morning I used last time this year (eleventh) for ascent towards Očak. Conditions great! Snow on Bambergova started only below the tower, where I prepared winter gear. To summit winter classic. With high boots I think I haven't reached summit in 3h40min yet. Greeted at Kredarica and continued to Rž, descended via gully lower and past Staničev dom to Begunjski vrh. To valley via Cmirk. Snow base there already thinned at 1800m.

Redbull regarding the wind I got information that it shouldn't blow that much as you claim. Anyway to Kredarica it's not that windy. I don't intend to go to the top of Triglav.
