Today from Kot to Triglav.
Some snow already before the forest, compacted base starts a bit below the spring. It was hard in the morning, so all skis were carried to Staničeva koča.
To the summit excellent conditions of course with gear.
Skiing from Kredarica all the way to the spring one of the better this winter.
Then still 40min walk to the car.

Yesterday's ascent for the sunrise was really a special experience.. started a bit before 01 in Krma accompanied by thousands of stars on a clear sky and new moon... the path was nicely walkable, no sinking and while chatting we overcame the night and elevations to Kredarica. There we woke a friend in the dining room and together waited in the warm shelter for the hour to head to the summit. Outside it was a bit windy and we equipped ourselves excellently to arrive at the top just before sunrise, so as not to freeze up there in the wind and the lowest temperatures just before sunrise. Path without peculiarities, here and there already bare, some cables still under snow. Whoever wants ascent on snow must hurry... The magic of sunrise needs to be experienced, for me each one is special and I enjoy it. The return was also pleasant and a bit after 8h we were already drinking the best coffee nasmeh

After a break at Kredarica we gear up for the summit climb.

We admire the slow awakening of the morning.

And enjoy the silence under thousands of stars in the sky.

And in frost and wind we start waiting for the sunrise.

We hope and know that we will return soon.

A little more and we look forward to coffee.
