Road to Krma properly maintained and nicely drivable, except for a few bigger potholes.
Ascent to the summit in the morning hours offered super conditions, real pleasure, only the persistent north wind spiced up the walk on the ridge.
Treating myself to wonderful service and company of Triglav friends nasmeh

Another nice day today. And warm like summer. No wind.

from the barrier to Prgarca we took two hours.

it was a test if the snow was already soft. It wasn't. It was still too early.

If I compare now with the March ascent, this one was harder.

We didn't even know if we could reach the summit.

There were sections that were bare and sections where you had nowhere to hold on.

We needed more time for the descent from the summit to Kredarica than for the ascent.

For the descent, gaiters had to be put on.

two foreign young lads went up when we were descending. Here they are already coming down. They went pretty fast.

In the Calvary it sank nicely due to fresh yesterday's snow. With the group (three) we head to the summit. At the crossing I somehow pull out the cable for easier passage. Lots of snow on the ridge. The tower is again in nice winter idyll. Most snow fell yesterday evening. Conditions won't change much this week. Ascent currently not easy, rather very difficult.

Conditions were excellent. To Luknja without issues, no wading. Exit to top of Plemenic was miraculously good. Ledge before Bovška škrbina was in normal state without ice tongue. South slab has not much snow and it was wading. Descent from summit to Kredarica, where we celebrated a bit. Reason R.dan. After break we did return following Cmirom. Snow ends at 1700m.

Ascent from Stara Fužina - Vodnikov shelter - Planika - Očak.
Conditions good from this direction. From Kredarica direction I personally wouldn't ascend, especially due to visible snow under Mali Triglav. At the tower excellent - weather top

Hi toncaa, currently Kalvarija is heavily snow-covered and conditions for skiing excellent, lower down unfortunately mostly too bare and unpleasant for skiing. Can't ski across Kurica anymore either...
Lots of carrying skis for little good enjoyment nasmeh

Oh nice Marjan, from 12.00-12.25 we were at the top. Warm, could sit in t-shirt till evening.

Yesterday on Triglav at sunset it was quite fresh. During the ascent it was blowing as forecast 30/40 km/h, on descent it literally moved us, so the wind was much stronger. Once for 10 seconds blue sky appeared to us during the ascent above Triglav.

It was the last stage from Piran to Triglav top, which we also successfully completed! Hooray everyone and victory for team spirit!

PS: Ascent seemed quite demanding to me in current conditions or requires exceptional concentration. 5 turned back ahead of us, some tried multiple times. Snow was quite rotten and on traverses, where cables/pins are still buried, utmost caution and solid step needed. Of course no need to emphasize that full winter gear is required.
