Hi! Has anyone been from Krma to Kredarica in the last days? I'd go but I don't know the path well enough to break trail. Thanks for the answer!

Probably best to call the meteorologists at Kredarica - they definitely have the most up-to-date information. nasmeh

From the stationary camera pictures it looks like someone was already up there yesterday/today on skis - but still better to check.

Going from Radovna considerably lengthens the path. You didn't say if you're a skier or hiker. If the latter, I think given the amount of new snow without snowshoes it won't be possible, especially if alone and you don't know the path, because tomorrow there will be strong wind and it will cover today's ski tracks. mežikanje

The ski tracks are from the Americans, yesterday they apparently caused quite a scare. Visible from the camera, they turned back this morning in the initial wall.

By the way, between 8am and 9am on camera number 4 I noticed an ascent attempt of 2 persons, but they turned back, the third probably didn't even try.

They should be under kredarca.
Given that you ask a lot surely this path in this state isn't for you. Lower part at least to 1600m is probably quite problematic for hikers, but you can try. You won't be first and not last who turned back.

Triglav (24.3.18)

To Kredarica it went smoothly as butter, not to mention the skier who from Kurje vasi to the hut surely took around 3h plus a few extra minutes. The path is already suitable for hikers. On the second crossing path, which is not visible from Kredarica, we turned back due to the iced-up (11.00) ledge. It can be rappelled, or maybe not. The morning hour would be excellent and probably the guide will use it tomorrow for the ascent of some foreign nationals. Solo I went to the other side and climbed to the summit from the Planika direction. Currently the ridge is very snowy, especially towards the summit. The wire ropes were under snow. In this winter 17/18 it is certainly currently the snowiest base, hard to say it will be even better. Ascent through Miler chimney in good conditions.
