Hi. Wondering if anyone plans to visit Kredarica this week? I know conditions aren't ideal but still. Summit is really hard to reach, to Kredarica maybe I can make it.

Via Kurica and Planika to Očak (13.01.18)

Needed to open the new season.
One kilometer further from Kurja vas there's space for 4 cars.
Snowshoes unnecessary to bring. Old base was hard, fresh Tuesday's only around 10-15 cm. Kurica hard, so mandatory crampons and of course all the way to the end. Conditions extremely good for ascent via Planika. From Kredarica there's still time. At the top it cleared up nicely. Around one, two, completely clear from 2400m onwards. Fairy tale

Why a psychiatrist when there's no more help.
Extremists who ARE, ARE and WILL BE, ahead of your below-average knowledge, fitness and terrain knowledge will always get negative criticism due to envy. I don't mean all average ones but you who are behind the computer, follow the forum and comment based on what you've heard or read (a walk in molehills isn't high mountains either). Real conditions need to be experienced over years, when to turn back, reach the top in good or slightly worse weather.
Therefore in this case this tour deserves praise, as it also describes the conditions on the path. BRAVO nasmeh

Dejan congrats, hope before your Triglav B.D. inexorably approaching you pull the spur also on winter classic to Kredarica so easier for us older. Mirjam and I are preparing for that day if we get leave.

Third time in a row magical weather on this date. Conditions to Kredarica for hikers insanely good, hard. To the top also super conditions. Exit from Ivačičeva cave on the other side dug out, but not easy

My contribution to the two-day tour.
As Redbull already wrote, conditions with proper gear are ideal.
If you ski down the valley too, then Krma valley to Radovna isn't too long. velik nasmeh
