Hi Darinka, probably you were the one who went behind me, from Komar top I saw someone going to chapel past snowfield. Myself never met anyone on this path. You must have been on Triglav top around 11:30. Too bad didn't meet you. LP!

Tomorrow we plan to take the path to Triglav. I'm a bit worried about the weather, as it doesn't look too good.
Can someone advise what to do.
We are in good shape, taking a 12-year-old with us.

I think Pumparice shoes were still in fashion when I last started for Očak from Rudno polje. The opportunity came on Wednesday, as the oldest granddaughter didn't need much convincing for her first adventure. Understandably, it was a two-day tour, with perfect weather prospects. There were plenty of breaks and photo stops in between, since we had the whole day, we even made a detour towards Planika. She walked excellently, in the climbing part I had her on a rope, we safely overtook very slow self-belaying easterners. The biggest problem was the heat lower down, at the biggest crisis I strapped on her backpack too and counted steps myself
On the way back from Mali Triglav I rejoice at meeting Drago and his two brothers, who finished the Slovenian route and went for a little 'walk' to the top.
Below the path is nicely arranged and cut, the ignorant marker who many years ago above Konjščica carved a step into a healthy larch can think again, as the larch is dead because of his foolish act.
Our savior on the return was the spring under Studorski preval, where we replenished the supply of excellent water. Despite buying two bottles at Vodnik (the outdoor tap was closed by the keeper right in front of me) it evaporated quickly in the intense heat.

Yes, Bojan, Razor. At the right slope below is barely visible the tip of Turn pod Razorjem 2394, to the right is a slightly lower unnamed peak and Šplevta (Indijanc) 2382, between them (in front in the shade) is Kriški rob 2366. Left in front is Bovški Gamsovec 2392. My girl is 11 years old.

Priceless memory for both, something hard to describe, something the rest of us hope to experience someday too ...
Immediately, memories come to mind when two years ago I took my first son aged 10 to the top, the second is still waiting ... maybe someday I'll experience this moment too ...

I hope we won't discuss at length again, just don't know why so many open topics for the same mountain. Let me list just a few. To Triglav, Triglav Slovenian route Prevc approach, Misice on Triglav, Guide to Triglav, Triglav via Plamenice, Triglav Slovenian route, Triglav from Vrata and more could be found. All lead to the same summit!! Of course not only for our Father. lijaneja congratulations for the nice tour.
