Has anyone gone via Tominškova or over Prag in the last days - I have to go next week on a weekday when nice weather is planned... still any snow patches, or no obstacles?

Yesterday I was again on Triglav as part of 'TNT'. Weather conditions super, company too. Slight disappointment only at Planika, I think it's one of the few huts stuck in the 19th century. Also not satisfied with price and service, since goulash comes with one piece of bread, extra slice costs 70 cents. Hosts could calculate that a loaf is near 20€. Drinks come warm, ladies don't bother going to the cellar where it's already or still packed. Would understand if a kid was behind the bar, but only a few visitors vegetating in the hut. How the hell are huts supposed to survive with such attitude to customers. No wonder hikers bring their own food if they have bad experiences with hosts.

Tone, when we two go somewhere, no problems with food and drink service.
But that's nothing yet. Even bigger paradox happens where they don't even let you up the hill "because of the hut" below the summit. Unless of course you've managed to reserve your corner there for fat payment. In such cases I start thinking there's nothing wrong with my EMŠO.

...At Kredarica the guys at the bar are very quick and they even have beer in the fridge. But my friend experienced the same at Planika last year, warm beer not drinkable..

You're right, Drago. Our terrains are mostly habitats of ptarmigans and chamois. And cookies from your backpack are always unique again.

Today was a wonderful day to test the hospitality skills of hosts at Kredarica and as always served in less than 1 minute, still the fastest service in our homeland.
Who knows, knows.

12th and 13th Sept. there was quite a crowd in "sub-Triglav" huts.
I have no bad experiences with Planika, quite the opposite.
Friendly girls, normal service, high-mountain prices .
But the team at Vodnik hut changed during the summer.
Well, there was no friendliness to be felt.
No matter, I go to the mountains for their beauty.
Enjoy the beautiful extended summer.

Via north ridge to summit from ZTP direction (16.09.18)
Through Plemenice to ZTP, from there women right to Bovška škrbina, us straight up the rock. Poor III to ridge, watching columns from Kredarica direction from here is exceptional. Great day, which we later spiced up with buddy with re-ascent to summit from Kredarica, you don't miss much

Yesterday circular route to Triglav: up through Plemenice, down through Prag. Weather ideal, especially during ascent pleasantly cool all the way.
