To Rudno polje on Pokljuka there has been an asphalted road for many years, so you can easily drive there.

because your expression "v koncu" (both lowercase) due to similar topic one click higher made some confusion, let's just clarify:
- In Koncu (both capital) is the starting point for KSA with a road that is not exactly for lower cars. (strajnarR)
- To Rudno polje on Pokljuka leads an asphalted road. (Janez Seliškar)
- To the end of the road on Pokljuka leads normally passable macadam from Rudno polje. About its state and parking options let someone else give the latest info.

With gravel road I meant exactly what's written on this same forum in the topic Triglav via Konjšice. Quote: "Rudno polje on Pokljuka (large parking lot, barracks and shooting range). From here continue straight on the gravel road, which a bit further brings us to a junction, where we continue right (left Uskovnica). We then follow this road to the parking lot at the end of the road"

Yesterday - 27.9.2018!
From the end of the asphalt at Rudno polje they "made" a gravel road out of the road and after a couple of 100 meters placed a large traffic sign saying "PROHIBITED FOR ALL TRAFFIC".
You can't drive to Planina Konjščica from Rudno polje.
