Snow starts at Vrtača; in the morning it holds pedestrians too.
Conditions to Triglav are excellent and so far I haven't experienced such a snowy Triglav.
Ski conditions up top are excellent too, from Prgarca down there is some crust to Mali polje, where skiing ends. nasmeh

Good conditions to Kredarica and also towards the summit....
Unforgettable experience in November with such thickness of snow cover. In such conditions you meet tons of mountain friends and acquaintances nasmeh

Some pics for friends. Conditions for walking almost ideal. For skiing I'll tell when I get down.

Oops. Wrong thread. Of course as always "only" to Kredarica.

PS. Skiing down the winter route full of surprises - read variable snow. Some went further from Malo polje but I don't recommend.

To Triglav to watch the sunset, road drivable to last parking lot. Below wall of Mali Triglav met last two, then alone.

For the summit predecessors made steps, 1 ice axe and summer boots sufficed. The traverse was already after 14:00 in shade and frozen. The feeling when going back to the valley with comfy summer boots is excellent, no blisters. mežikanje

Triglav (26.12.19)

Park normally at basin or bit higher by road. Now wardens won't bother giving fines, so no fear. Path now well trodden, exposed. Fixed path wrongly made by three young guys in initial wall and first traverse. Too vertical line right of rock caused some to turn midway, as wasn't right. Fixed and to top BP. Nice rest of Stefan's wish
