Perfect day with friends. Conditions for ascent and descent are, as we/they already said, top-notch. In other words: they will never be better.

Last month there was more snow. Lots of it melted. In Krma it's all icy. From Kovinarska hut into the forest ice starts. The whole parking lot is ice. Kredarica was full of people. Many overnighted. It's trodden to the top. Snow is not the most perfect. The traverse to Mali Triglav is very icy. Everywhere I looked it was walked. Some watched sunrise on the top and on Kredarica. Aljaž tower melted, no more ice on it. No frost or wind either (-4). On the return snow softened a lot.

This part is the iciest, right below Mali Triglav

Triglav (08.03.20)

Road to Kovinarska, korita drivable only for high cars due to ruts. Skiers would enjoy now, snowshoes on at Prgarca as there were no more traces. Yesterday Hungarians turned here after 8 hours. In 3h and a bit more we were at Kredarica. Conditions to the top good, base quality. We made new path, as previous was only barely indicated. Ridge nicely snow-covered and pointed in some places. On top nice stylish appearance of the tower. To Kredarica for deserved schnaps and beer.

Road to Krma is bad - bike tracks, in between potholes filled with water. You can go to Kovinarska or to the basin, with a higher car to the end. Ascent on skis no problem even in the afternoon. But I met hikers who were sinking deep.
For ascent to the top you need to hurry in the morning, because then everything flows. smile

OK, now I get it: It doesn't make sense to go to Triglav because you can kill yourself.

Just one thing I don't understand yet, what is the word "more" doing there.
