if you care about yourself even a little, you'll take a helmet. IF YOU WERE GOING WITH ME, I WOULDN'T TAKE YOU WITHOUT A HELMET. AND A FIRST AID KIT ISN'T STUPID EITHER. LIFE IS ONLY ONE, MAKE SURE YOU NEVER WONDER WHY.....
and best mountaineering regards

For some nothing is mandatory, not on the head and perhaps even less in the head, even on feet fewer obligations, but with attitude and discipline (one of the virtues) of the spirit, as it goes in this case for the mountaineer's equipment, you really don't get anywhere. We're treading water, "goal" HE is very far.

@marchy
Most people who go to Triglav don't have a helmet. You have to decide yourself, but you must know that without a helmet you take the risk that some rock flies onto your head.

.... done with Triglav ... 16.8. start from Savica waterfall via Komarča towards 7Lakes from there to Prehodavci due to rain turn back, then via Kanjavec where right at the top we get some snow and rain descend to valley to Dolič where we spend night with rain and strong wind ....17.8. early morning head towards Triglav which greets us a bit icy and lightly snowy ... morning turns into wonderful day and all happy and joyful leave Aljažev tower ... via Kredarica, to Vodnikov hut on Pokljuka and home .... Greetings and GOOD LUCK ...

This week from Savinjska bajta, 100 hikers to Triglav, really don't know where they'll fit.
I hope there'll be nice weather in September too.

@dolenjčk
I wanted to do this tour in 1 day....I reached the top of Kanjavec, but didn't dare further, due to inflammation in hip, if it hadn't inflamed I would surely have gone to Triglav.

@amater
You guys, just go, you can meet nicely. It's like this, if a column goes to Planika you go down via Kredarica. I had 50 hikers ahead of me, they to Planika I to Kredarica.

I'm afraid we couldn't sleep anywhere because everything is full and we couldn't manage this tour in one day

Of course it can be done in one day, but better to enjoy - 2 days, than to rush to get up and back in one day.

We were up there with wife on 17.8. Came from Zadnjica.
Great weather (if ignore wind under the massif).
Tržaška hut and Planika unfortunately full, so had to go back to valley already on quite foggy evening (and very fast) - I say real suicide experience in fog and dark - never again!!!!eekeekeek

Unfortunately did everything in one day and didn't treat ourselves to the lakes.

Overall: ideal weather for summit, beautiful view of foggy sea below us, sound of accordion from Kredarica, pleasant company on topnasmehnasmehnasmeh

And hope to repeat it once more this year - from Vrata Valley.
