Yes, there really was snow. And it blew hard too, at least till 7am, especially on Triglav summit...

To Stanič mostly dry, and the snow there, per weekend forecast, won't be obstacle. Rather welcome refresh .

Up to Stanič it all depends on temperatures. If mornings are low it can be icy in a few places, from Stanič onwards they were even turning back without gear. Yesterday's condition in the picture.

I'm interested in the path from Krma to Kredarica and Triglav. If the path is already snow-free and suitable for anyone. We'd like to set off on Saturday. We know the path as we've been two years in a row, just curious about snow. Thanks, lp

From Krma the path is nicely passable. Still some small snow patches, but nothing that couldn't be crossed easily. Path from Kredarica to Triglav should be completely dry by now (except maybe snow patch at entry). I went from Planika otherwise, as rocks from Kredarica direction all polished and not pleasant for walking (well up still ok). Here's pic of Kredarica from Škrlatica (taken yesterday):

Path passable without winter gear. Otherwise just peek in the thread "Škrlatica".

This picture says nothing!! Before Vodnikova hut a few meters on flat snowfield. From there to Planika no more snow. Right above Planika on first ascent a few meters snowfield but no danger. From there path without speck of snow. That was Sunday. Since then snow only melting. Path from Pokljuka to Triglav definitely passable without winter gear.

Which marked route to Triglav is the hardest?

In my opinion, the route via Plemenice.

Definitely Plemenice, or rather Bamberg. lp
