Avalanche danger level 3, evening level 4!!!

Avalanche danger in the Zelenica area today is level 3 on the five-level European scale.
During the day, the danger will increase and in the evening it will already be HIGH!
Overnight, some snow fell. Snow is expected to stop this afternoon. South to southwest wind will blow
(morning up to 70 km/h, afternoon up to 90 km/h). Due to rising temperature and south wind, the air at 1500 m
will warm up and it will start raining. Rain will persist until Saturday afternoon. The snow line will slowly rise today to around 1700 m by the end of the day.
Below approx. 1600 m, rain will soak the snow cover. Avalanche danger will increase. All slopes will be dangerous, especially grassy ones. Wet snow avalanches and ground avalanches can be expected.
Warning applies to the entire Tržič municipality area!
!!Even walking under and near these slopes can be very dangerous!!!
Above 1700 m a.s.l., fresh snow will increase avalanche danger during the day. Avalanches of dry loose snow can release.
Up to 40 cm of snow possible by this evening at 2000 m a.s.l.
From this afternoon to Sunday, we advise against going to mid-mountains and high mountains.

According to the recorded measures we have, we will put up a sign at Ljubelj this afternoon about avalanche danger. If necessary, tomorrow morning we will also close access to the Zelenica area with a mesh fence.

I was up in the afternoon by bike, Uroš ratracked a track to the top or froze it, it's hard especially off-piste, concrete, no panic around crampons, went up no problem.

Fairly high temperatures so snow was soft and solid for skiing, transport road was open as it looked.

Avalanche danger in the Zelenica area is 3rd degree on the five-level European scale.
Overnight at 1500 m up to 40 cm of new snow fell. Snowfall was initially accompanied by J wind up to 50 km/h, but at midnight the wind turned to S. Above 1800 m there is more new snow.
Temperature at 1500 m is currently around -4, at 2000 m -7.
Above 1600 m snow fell on hard, sometimes icy base. At these spots, even with small additional load on the new snow cover, you can trigger a loose dry snow avalanche. On steeper slopes, spontaneous slab avalanches can be expected.
Wind of changing directions was blowing. Snow was drifted into leeward positions, where slabs and new wind slabs formed.
This morning snowfall will stop. Moderate S wind will blow. Air temperature at 1500 m will be around -5C.
Service road is closed!

Frozen in the morning, but now the snow in the sun is quite soft.
Tomorrow morning I plan to go up, will report fresh info.

Yesterday 26.02. lost ice axe from parking near Vrtača to Zelenica hut (along forest path).
Grey ice axe, has mark PO PDS Velebit on it.
I would be very grateful for any information.
