Riffeltorkopf

Description:
Riffeltorkopf is 2230 meter high peak and is part of the Wetterstein mountains. The peak is located 0.7 km north-northeast of peak Kleine Riffelwandspitze. The nearest mountain hut is Münchner Haus, located 2.0km southwest. A little further is Liegerlehütte (Jagdhütte). 1.3 km south-southwest from the summit there is glacier Höllentalferner, 3 km southwest from the summit there is also glacier Schneeferner. The peak is located north-northeast of the valley Gaistal.
