Schwerteck

Description:
Schwerteck is 3247 meter high peak located in the High Tauern mountain range. The peak is located 3 km southeast of peak Teufelshorn. The nearest mountain hut is Salmhütte, located 1.3km south. A little further is bivouac Glocknerbiwak. 3 km east-northeast of the peak there is lake Sandersee. 1.7 km north-northwest from the summit there is glacier Hofmannskees, 2 km west-northwest from the summit there is also glacier Ködnitzkees. Southwest of the summit is the valley Ködnitztal.
