On 1.6. despite the bad forecast we headed to the northern part of the Gailtal Alps. We started the tour in Schuettbach near Spittal - 550m on path 281. Above 1700m we waded through up to 30 cm deep fresh snow. On the ridge above the forest line at 1800m, a cold wind cooled us properly, so it was not suitable for a break on Martennock - 2039m and Goldeck - 2142m. We returned via path 210 and stopped at the Marhube hut and the ruins of Ortenburg castle, known for the settlement of Germans in the Kočevje area. In Unterhaus we finished the tour after a good 9 hours and 1670m ascent. The weather held; it only started raining on the drive home.

We started the path along the little-visited ridge along the state border at the Firšt inn on the road to Logarska dolina. On Strevčev vrh-1466m, XXII/26, after two hours and 790m of ascent we began our ridge path to the west, first barely recognizable Kolarjev vrh-1507m, then Pastirkov vrh-1473m set back into Slovenia, again indistinct Borovnikov vrh-1522m. Follows quite steep Covnikov or Mali vrh-1617m and after distinct saddle Sadovnikov or Veliki vrh-1624m shifted into Austria. The path to Pavličevo sedlo-1338m also goes over Rigeljski vrh-1371m.

5.3. this year's visit to Velika Planina

15.5. Before the storm managed to congratulate the celebrant on her round anniversary. The path is dry, but no coffee at the top yet.

After 67 years my 13th ascent to the top, probably the last one too.

Yesterday alone on Ojstrica via Kocbekova over Mala Ojstrica up and back

Felix, that's how it was on Thursday, cloudy and windy.

Yesterday, 9.5., the hut on Kofce was very crowded and also Veliki vrh.
Football fans who can't go to the stadium showed their allegiance on Veliki vrh.

From Križovec, where one could hardly find a parking spot to Mala Golica, which is overgrown with narcissi to the top and Krvavka, where flowers practically end, on rocky ridge on the Austrian side also primrose booming.

30.3. Potočka zijalka and Obel kamen
Warm weather has already strongly melted the ice stalactites in Zijalka. The path is almost bare, only the upper ridge to Govca is still covered in snow. On the border path to the Sv. Duha saddle there are still lots of fallen trees.

Yesterday before the announced new snow on Veliki vrh and V. Zelenica. Snow below the summit iced over. Windy, in the afternoon it cleared up.

The 18th 27.8. with Tone at the top via the already often described path - super tour on a nice day, especially for us three 40-year-olds

3.6. we did a circular tour from the educational center along the path towards Planina Bali, but before it we turned left over Meja to the caves in Slapcah, further over Velika Rupa and along the gully to Oblice on the Loška stena ridge, after the jump we reached Oblice 2246m, the highest peak of today's tour. We returned to the ridge, continued to Vrh Krnice and down the southern ridge to Kobila 2098m. Down the gully to Mala Krnica and via the saddle we descended along the Naklo ridge to Kluže fortress.
