Nice weather, errand in Vipava and curiosity lured me too to check this monster. Ferrata like all others, just much shorter. Just like Gonžarca it has nothing to do with mountaineering and hikers can be grateful to the installers who unnecessarily dragged so much iron into the wall for their fun and ''adrenaline''. If it were in Bohinj, they'd cash in below. The term ''salonska'' seems appropriate to me, since I went in salon shoes and swimsuit. b.r. your Jožka

Good that you don't like Gradiška and won't be seen there anymore. A scarecrow in salon shoes and swimsuit would scare away even the birds nesting there.

You have free climbing routes nearby if the iron is superfluous.Irina, I hope that such be... really won't go to Gradiška anymore!I think Gradiška tour is more than excellent to test a person if they are prepared or mentally capable for more demanding marked routes in our wonderful mountains nasmeh

Gradiška tour has been attracting me for some time, so it's quite interesting reading these different opinions, but let's leave Jožko alone ...

I also first climbed the mentioned via ferrata on Saturday, then extended to Nanos and back. Super day. Only the climbing part was too short, but at the same time long enough to satisfy the desire for climbing.

Hello!
I rarely write opinions on the forum, but I like reading them, especially if I'm heading out on a tour for the first time or after returning from it. Opinions are very different, subjective and dependent on experiences and psychophysical condition of individuals. But I'm bothered by such attacking of people as you do here and on similar pages. Let everyone express their opinion as they think best. Jožka didn't "spit" on anyone. She just expressed her opinion. True, she wanted to show the difficulty of the ascent in "her" way. All the others have shown quite intolerance towards a differently thinking person and it seems to me you have nothing to do and just wait how to "attack" someone. That's not right, such way of communication is purely "Slovenian" and reflects the state in our society.
Despite that, thanks to all for the contributions that make things easier for those of us going on a tour for the first time. And don't be so negatively minded.

Sorry, but I can't agree with you.
Belittling any mountain path and thus its visitors, when you boast that you walk it in heels and little suit doesn't befit any true mountaineer or mountaineeress? That's called arrogance at home, which is a heavy character trait and no ornament to anyone.

Gradiška tour is a climbing kindergarten for many, for others a tour where you stretch your legs and ultimately for some the only equipped wall with protections that they climb because others are out of reach.
I'll ask you differently: "Is a snowdrop any less beautiful than a peony?"

I'm not Andrej, but since we plan to go hiking in that direction on Saturday (and then to my parents for dinner nasmeh

Suitable path for morning trip despite heat, long in shade, return via Plaz mostly under canopies. Really no one else today, we did first training on secured paths nasmeh

, nicely without rush and bothering anyone. Mainly all bloomed out along path, plateau still many colors incl. St. John's wort and thistles. Return to Vipava spring for excellent jota in thick shade right there. Nice hot day. mežikanje

Today morning gathered some fitness on Gr.trail, in shade and little visited. At start warning re Scorpio ferrata kit from Petzl. Path itself always pleasant, bit sad seeing trees really suffered lack of rain and heat. Anyway colors already autumnal, temps not. Top pleasant bora blowing.

And I'm already at the logbook, where the bora blew so hard that I have a super hairstyle in all the photos!

I went down the normal path, which also leads past climbing routes with interesting names.

Today for rest on our Gradiška tour. Went with friends, was unique, in wall just right temp where bit more exposed quite hot, also tour top no wind. Returned via Plaz. Unique views over Vipava valley, otherwise all scorched by drought.
