Yesterday we were at Kamniško sedlo. The road towards the cargo cableway Žagana peč is mostly dry, only in some places some ice remains, but you can get without problem with a personal car at least to the intersection where the road to the cargo cableway for Kamniško sedlo goes. We went that way, but had to remove some rocks and one branch. A few meters before the lower cabin there's a larger rock in the middle of the road, so it's not passable further.
That's all I know to say, further towards the cableway for Kokrsko sedlo I didn't go. I can only add that there's practically no snow up to 1300m elevation on the sunny side. LP

Yesterday I was at the summit (Kamniška Bistrica, over the roof), the matter is as follows: with the car you can get without issues to the lower station of the cableway. Snow starts at the end of the forest, on the scree it's already substantially white. Access to Zois hut is good, but the snow starts softening soon, so I recommend an early hour for the tour start. From the saddle on the path is tracked and as long as no sun, no problems either. I recommend great caution at both traverses before the crossing to the roof, where there are no more issues - snow is consolidated, plus the track is well trodden. Conditions are also suitable for skiing. Ice axe use is necessary, crampons in early hours when snow is frozen I recommend, later not. Special warning also for beginner hikers without fitness - when snow warms and postholing starts, the tour is very strenuous and can drag on badly, so consider that darkness comes here very soon. If temperatures drop and no major precipitation, it will be possible to hike to the Kamnik daddy relatively safely for some time. I didn't notice any mentionable avalanche activity.

Well, there were about eight of us on the first one, who didn't exactly clear with a shovel but marked the path a bit better. Conditions were great. I'd wish Grintovec higher by a couple of 100m, seriously, almost no wind!!

yeah from scree to cojz hut about a meter of snow, from hut to top 2-3m.
on sunny parts and if + it sinks a bit but tracks are done so no problem
