Today I carried up clothes to change and met quite a few familiar faces who will get their due on the 28th. Weather ideal. Ah if only like that on the race too.

Today with husband we headed to Grintovec to wait for mountain runners. Well, one week too early  . We started at parking under cargo cableway at Jezerska planina. Past Češka koča to Mlinarsko sedlo and on to Grintovec. Path snow-free and fixed gear in good condition. Only few meters snow before wall entry, no problems. Despite not much sun several of us sat at top with earned snack.

Today to Grintovec, start at cableway to Kokrsko sedlo along ridge Dolge stene to Grintovec then over Dolgi hrbet to Skuta and via Žmavčarje to valley.

We started around 7am and finished around 4pm, we didn't hurry.

On Saturday magnificent tour from Logar Valley to the king of KSA. Half-day trip on the route: Logar Valley - Okrešelj-Turski žleb-Mali podi-Skuta-Štruca-Veliki podi-Mlinarsko sedlo-Grintovec-Kokrsko sedlo-Suhadolnik. Beautiful weather and views. The tour is quite long and demanding, especially in such weather requires lots of fluids. Met and chatted with many happy hikers on the way. Third time's the charm with clear view from Grintovec.

Yesterday Grintovec was quite visited. We were already around number 40 in the summit log for the day, on the way down to Kokrško sedlo we met another 20 people.
Views weren't exactly ideal...wherever you looked just whiteness of clouds. Well, at least not too hot.
