Is the road to Jermanca passable by car? Is there still any snow on the path?

The road is passable, but some sections are quite bad. Slowly and carefully.

Today, 9.5.2015, the path to Kamnik Saddle is dry all the way. Well maintained, friendly hut warden too.

What's the situation with the road to Jermanca? Can you get there with a regular car, or is it torn up?

Tough with a passenger car. It's quite damaged from last winter.

You can get to Jermanca with a passenger car. I was there last around 15 April and got there normally. You need to go carefully and slowly because there are some holes too and there at one right turn where you do a 180 there are pretty solid ridges. Nothing terrible though, I've driven worse. Well, unless you have some very low car...

Nice pics, especially the third. The one before last though is a bit misleading - so no one gets scared that there's really that much snow towards the saddle.
We met on Pastirci, some already down, others up. nasmeh

I'd go to Brana, but north side still has quite some snow. We wandered a bit on the saddle in nice weather, almost no wind. Through the middle of Peč, today real pleasure in the sun.
