Thanks, Drago! Yeah, but there aren't many. When I'm once also on Koran, Savinjek, and on the other side Matkov Grintovec and Jerebič, I won't get stuck just on Mrzla gora, Matkova kopa and top bit of Krnička gora visible from saddle, but also on the above mentioned.

Today from Jermance to Kamnik Saddle.
A few cm thick snow cover starts around V klinu. Above Pastirci there is more snow, but it is mostly windblown. The path is nicely trodden, not yet smoothed out and not slippery. Below the saddle on windblown grass there are some small ice patches here and there, but not bad. Winter gear therefore stayed in the backpack. Only on the way back I was glad for the gaiters, as around Kamrce I descended mostly along the track and sank to my knees and over in the drifts several times.
At the top of the saddle the wind was at least 60 or 70 km/h. To take a photo or two, I had to lean firmly on the flag triangle. The poles would surely have blown away if I hadn't laid them on the ground and stepped firmly on them. Temperature around -2 degrees, also consider wind chill, so it felt about -12 degrees. The sun shining through cirrus clouds with the wind didn't warm much.
Met about 15 people.

There was a nice forecast for this morning, so I decided to visit the saddle. Since the morning coffee took too long, it nicely backfired on me, as I was up at least half an hour late.
The road is quite good, snow starts a bit below the spring, at Pastirci about 30 cm, at Kamrci already 60 cm. In the forest again some new fallen trees, some fallen beeches are real giants. Since I was with a small rucksack, I sank only here and there and mostly walked beside the deep track. Only the last 50 m of elevation gain, crampons wouldn't have been just ballast in the backpack. Still far below I met two hikers from the 'night shift', on the return at Pastirci a friendly young woman who didn't intend to go to the top. Due to the small number of visitors, Corona virus had no chances here
At the top the weather completely turned upside down in less than an hour and I quickly scooted down.

Technically, I think driving to Jermanca is prohibited, but I'm not 100% sure.
Practically, these limitations, even if they exist, nobody enforces them, and I also don't know if they can, or under which article the "offense" is and who can punish this offense (wardens or police).
Additionally, practically... the footpath from the house in Bistrica to the junction with the path to Jermanca is an excellent warmup, so I don't know why folk insist on squeezing the car up the shitty dusty road to the narrow parking lot instead of biting a little deeper into the knees.
