Thanks vencelj1 and Ljubica for noticing this beauty that we enjoyed the most, those of us who chose this path for the Sunday trip. No autumn-winter fairy tale from the top on the pics, but it stayed in memory as a picture that doesn't fade, and always invites you again to ridge views, as the view from Altemaver summit never disappoints. Quite the opposite, always joys you again and always marvels at the beauty spreading around it and so easily within reach

Today over Razor up and back over Poden. On the path over Razor quite some caution is needed, small crampons not superfluous, especially on descent. In the forest the path is quite smooth, locally icy, especially morning and forenoon. Poden path, however, except a little, dry.

No, we didn't go up over Špičke, because it's driest there.

Today it was nice again on Ratitovec, probably the last time for me this year. The path over Razor is icy, also further through Vratca.

The path is unmarked, so the only option for the first time is to go with someone who has been there before, because the start is quite hidden, especially the junction to the ridge.
It's recommended to walk this path in dry conditions, as the terrain is steep and grassy.

Franci, I'm petite and curious, can't help it. Did you reach the hunting path in picture 2 from the start of the path over Razor or over Poldan?
Otherwise these pictures are nicer for me than the last ones from Kredarica. Thanks in advance.

That on the second picture is the ridge right above the houses at Prtovč. There I went the first time and along it you reach the logging trail and follow it to the sign for Lovska koča. Then along the left logging trail, where the junction to the hunting path is. From the hunting one then branches the path along the ridge, which they call over Špičke, which has nothing to do with the climbing route described a bit higher.

From Prtovč you start towards Razor, when you reach the place where the path levels out a bit and turns into a cart track and where there's a sign on the right for the hunting hut, you continue sharply left onto the cart track that soon ends, but you turn right earlier onto the unmarked path over Špičke, which is hard to find, the path rises steeply right away.
