Hello, what are the conditions on Stol like? Especially the summit part: icy or just snowy? Or should I take hiking crampons or small crampons tomorrow? LP

Take both, I was there last weekend and it was already icy on the path a little from the middle onwards in certain places, the summit part especially.

I'm interested in the conditions on Stol, which path from Valvasorjev dom is more suitable. I plan to go tomorrow morning to Stol, if anyone has been there please share the info

If you don't know what you're doing, better not go. There is still a high risk of snow avalanches.

That's how it was yesterday, 12.3., somewhere at 1400m towards Stol. Unfortunately, I didn't have snowshoes with me, otherwise I would have gone further...

Just to add regarding the road passability to Valvasor... the one to the hut surely won't be passable another week, currently you can drive almost to the junction for Ajdna

The landslide has been repaired already more than a week ago, how it is with snow I don't know, probably bare.
