Are you all already sick of your dogs? If you're all so wonderful, good and O.K., I don't know from where then so much barking, bitten people, frightened people and why so many abandoned dogs when you go on vacation. How irresponsible dog owners are can be read in the article about Stol. Not one on a leash, all running around freely. Among people, on public area. That's how owners respect the law. But people have their opinion, resist, express their thoughts. Many can't stand that, that's why they have a dog. THEY DOMINATE, are first. Someone obeys them devotedly. No objections. They don't even ask why some of us aren't enthusiastic about dogs. Oh sure they have them on leashes. Those are 4 to 6 m long. You can see that exactly in front of our block. There are poops all over the lawn, 50 m away there's a bin for dog waste. And you point it out, they all say their dog doesn't, even though it's just pooping. But that's accidental. So much for the culture and awareness of dog owners. This happens every morning, then they lock them in the apartment, in the evening the story repeats. On weekends some take them to the mountains,

Why don't you report these law breakers (regarding poop and no leash) or say something to them, take pictures for proof and hang the picture for example in the block hallway or some other public place. Maybe it will help, at least they'll feel uncomfortable. I always have my little dog on a leash, she's the lazy type and won't go anywhere else. But those who let their dogs run loose and come to my little dog get on my nerves. Since she's small she of course wags her tail and barks to look at least more dangerous. And how should I know what the other dog's reaction will be: it can bite the little dog or me - or both! I also carry bags for dog poop in all my pockets and ALWAYS pick up. It's true people have their opinion because they can speak but anyway some don't dare express it out loud. Dogs also have their smarts but since they can't say their opinion they bark, which means something too. Yeah usually aggressive are those dogs which people get who can't handle them. Such people usually throw those dogs on the street or take them to shelters. It's those dog owners who should be condemned not those who properly care for their animals.
