It's nothing else but a characteristic of Slovenes - with capital F Faušija - well as far as Morbegna and Lojze are concerned. LP!

Yes, lucky Lojz, that he can be up there 100 days a year, he chose that bulš konc for himself, his mom in that little film is a real babe, a mom who'd like to become a grandma and mind the grandchildren , but he's not too thrilled with her idea

Please show some piety, Lojz's mom unfortunately already passed away and it's time to stop dealing with this.

My remark about mom wasn't meant badly, I wrote that she (sadly, as you said, I didn't know) was a nice lady. I see nothing bad in that, I didn't criticize her but praised her.

Triglav is not just that little bit of summit everyone wants to reach, but much more. And it's right to look at it that way, of course those who know the mountain at least approximately and from all sides can look at it. True, I've been up there quite a few times, but I can say I still hardly know Triglav, so I'm surprised by various writings, like that about the Morbegno barracks, when most don't even know how many beds were in it, let alone anything else. Lojze was friendly advised to leave those walls alone and rather focus on the beauty that the western side of Triglav offers in abundance. BZTP really has one of the best views of the Western Julian Alps and Kredarica can easily hide from it. Some of us also know well how many people he has saved from certain death by generously putting them up in his bivouac or as he calls it the highest Slovenian dwelling. It's unnecessary to think and debate about building a bivouac, because it already stands, of course it's not always open. Anyone reasonably knowledgeable knows that you just can't build like that in the TNP area. The Tržaška Koča hasn't existed for a few years either, only Koča na Doliču remains. When the new one is built, it will also have a winter room, like the old one before the avalanche, so a new bivouac is really not needed. In winter you don't go over Plemenice, and the area from Luknja to Dolič is also very exposed due to avalanches, so who is the bivouac for. Those of us who go up there in winter go via Prehodavci where it's safer. I think you need to know things a bit to write about them, Lojz doesn't read the forum and can't defend himself, so it's right to write about conditions after hiking the path, to comment or ask something, but no need to go into the personal level of someone you don't know or know his family, even though he spends half his life up there under Triglav.

Old hut names are disappearing. Like from Rifugio Napoleone Cozzi and Tržaška Koča and finally Koča na Doliču. Planika would also be nicer named if it kept the old name Marije Terezije. If they build a new Koča na Doliču, then it really makes no sense to build a bivouac, but with little funds and free volunteer shock brigade work they could at least secure part of Morbegna against final collapse and make a roof structure on the part of the building where it's still possible. Regarding TNP regulations and rules in the past I'd rather not talk. So for no one knows how many years that roof from Morbegna that the storm blew away has been collapsing and rusting in the ravine on the SE side of ZTP. After all these years when finally the TNP code is being arranged, which limited the first life and survival of the few who still persisted in these remote parts of the park with harsh natural conditions for survival, development of healthy tourism within allowable environmental impacts, they can't even pass one mountain bike law due to lack of knowledge and insight into neighboring countries. They even equate us with motor crossers etc. The actual damage a bike does either on wide roads or trails is smaller than a hiker's boot footprint. Something else is the frequency of narrow paths where a hiker and cyclist can't safely meet on descent. A rule of wheelbase width of the bike and additionally the same width of allowable path, road, track would be a reasonable and acceptable compromise for higher less frequented alpine paths for MTB cyclists. Other categories of various forest roads on plateaus and lower hills should be fully opened for all self-powered sports. If regulations are more restrictive, let the security guys chase me as they like, if they succeed . For the renovation of Morbegna PZS and the office for cultural heritage preservation should have cooperated long ago. Those few spirovs for the roof from nearby Lip Bled wouldn't cost mentionable money, stone blocks are already up there, missing some Jelovica windows and door and the object would be protected and could serve as part of TNP attractions, now to no small number of Triglav visitors from all over Europe.

Yes Viharnik. And if the "gentlemen" who demolish Morbegno had been taken where they belong in time, at least the walls would still stand today and in case of sudden weather deterioration a hiker could find shelter in it. The huge water cisterns didn't need to be destroyed either, even though "enemies" made them all! Many things could have been right - but someone prefers it to be wrong!

Just like velka vrh said to leave the polemics, I was also yesterday on očaku via plemenice to Triglav and descent past Kredarica and via Tominskova to Vrata. I started much earlier so it started dawning when I was above plemenice, weather really beautiful fog under Luknja and around and around like sea.. I think I won't be able to upload pics because I have internet problems now.

I also had Tominškovo in my plan, but I was too late. From Triglavska Bistrica I was already walking towards the hut in Vrata in twilight. The water is so cold that we can hardly drink it.
