On path met your gf too.. overtook us when photo shooting view to Triglav (pic 3) then met again on ridge or they went down to Planika, we from Kredarica to top. Greet her!

Hello, I'm interested if the path over Plemenice is normally passable or what's the snow condition like. Thanks

Hello, I'm wondering if Tominšek's route is passable without winter gear (ice axe, crampons)? And which variant would you recommend I take on Thursday to Triglav so the walking conditions are as least wintery as possible? Thanks and LP!

the least wintery is from Krma.

I'm also interested if the ascent from Pokljuka direction is currently possible without winter gear (crampons, ice axe)?

If you're used to such conditions as now, you can go without it too; but an ice axe is good to have along

@roblek, maybe my photo taken this weekend from Tosca summit towards Triglav will help you a bit. The photo shows Konjsko sedlo and slightly the path to Kredarica.

Thanks to both and actually I'm not used to such conditions, so I'd like it not so bad

Today uncle and I went to Triglav from Krma via Planika and Mali Triglav. Footprints trampled everywhere if no rock passage. Nasty on the ridge and in the chimney with ice (slope good 40 degrees, footprints), so recommend ice axe. Reached top in 4h30min. Descent quite nasty. Thing already so high it can be frozen even south-facing. 2000m up and down in 9h, so drove off at 15.00 from Krma. Will write article on my website: http://miglimiglec.wordpress.com

What's the path to Kredarica like or if snow, where it starts and how much?

ask which side you mean? Krma?, Vrata?, Pokljuka? From Krma it's a walk to Kredarica, for other variants others gotta say

I think from Krma. The path from Krma is known to me, but still wondering if there's any snow.
