Ejti, this one how to say. Slovenian is really hard. I orient myself in doubt about gender by putting the demonstrative pronoun before the noun in nominative singular. Masculine - tisti gaz (doesn't go); feminine - tista gaz (goes); neuter - tisto gaz (doesn't go). Oh me; Slovenian is really hard.

Here, I was up there today. To Suhega ruševja I got without crampons, further to Y of course with crampons and ice axe. A couple of us went up today, so tracks are made. But new snow, whatever there is, soft and sometimes slips a bit. But ice axe sticks into snow. At top new snow, so can walk with crampons. Descended south side to gully. Around 11 snow already quite soft and slush on crampons. With some care went without problem. Gully snowed to marked path. Saw some going up summer marked path, though from top not visible anyone walked it yet. They were very slow and don't know if they reached top.

Sometimes rule - expect nothing, get huge - holds like nailed down. Here and there we did sink into snow, but where needed it was firm as rock. Finally.

Sorry, but not on one pic does it look like you "piked" or it was firm as rock. In "squeaky" and "concrete" footprints not visible at all - with trudging like yours of course

Today (probably the last time until next winter) to Vrtača from Ljubelj via Y gully. Practically no snow on the path to Zelenica. More substantial snow starts at Suho ruševje, where the path winds through the bushes that have already peeked out. Since we started early enough, the base was still nicely frozen all the way to the scree below the gully, where we geared up and put on crampons. There is still quite a bit of snow in the gully, of all kinds and shapes. The snow thaws very quickly, so on the descent it looked like we hadn't just gone up that path Otherwise, the conditions are such that in my opinion they will allow a nice ascent via the gully for a few more days, but not for long.
From car to car, with normal walking, it took us 5h.

Is there still any snow on the way to Vrtača? The path to Stol tempts me, namely the path from Vrtača to the Belščica saddle; probably smart to take a helmet?
