Untere Fruschnitzscharte is a saddle at an altitude of 2849 meters located in the High Tauern mountain range. The saddle is located in country Austria 0.4 km east-northeast of peak Zollspitze. The nearest mountain hut is Stüdlhütte, located 2km east-southeast. A little further is bivouac Glocknerbiwak. 1.9 km north-northeast from the saddle there is glacier Fruschnitzkees, 2 km east-northeast from the saddle there is also glacier Teischnitzkees. The saddle is located above the valley Dorfer Tal.
