Wetterwandeck

Description:
Wetterwandeck is 2698 meter high peak and is part of the Wetterstein mountains. The peak is located on the border between the country of Austria and the country of Germany. The nearest mountain hut is Ehrwalder Alm, located 2km south-southwest. A little further is bivouac Ganghofers Rast. 1.8 km north from the summit there is glacier Schneeferner, 3 km north-northeast from the summit there is also glacier Höllentalferner. Southeast of the summit is the valley Gaistal.
