They say it's dangerous a bit higher up due to avalanches. But one can dash from Tuhinj Valley (Belice) to Vivodnik (Menina planina). A fairy tale for all who enjoy snow. At least half the path on dry snow, there about a meter of it. But the path is trampled, so no problems. Some trees or branches down/broken, no issue either. And one of the best things - neither on the way up nor on the way back did I meet anyone. It'll snow tonight and tomorrow probably all different. Still, even on such small hills (1508 m) it's nice.

Today (25. 4.) I was on Konj. In the morning fewer people, towards noon more, at noon the parking lot below completely packed (Velika planina - gondola).
Some trees are still in the way, probably for years already, from that storm. Weather to lick your fingers. Snow just enough that you can play snowballs if you want. Of course it doesn't cause any trouble anymore. Konj beckons.

How is it with the snow on Stol, on the south side?

How is the road through the Korošica valley to Markova ravan? Still in ruins from the flood a few years ago?

Today, 29.11.2025, I was on Dobrča (along the edge). The weather was wonderful, in the second part some ice on the path, snow on the summit. A nice day attracted a lot of visitors. Views from Šentanski vrh are really wonderful.

Today I was up there for the first time. Nice day, nice views, peace. Again sometime.

Towards Plavški Rovt and Dovška Baba - allowed this week still

Has anyone been to Vrh Korena in the last days?

This morning circular from Srednji vrh past Trupej over Maloško poldne to Kresišče and back on the lower path under Lepi vrh. Nice, nice. Despite Sunday very few people, a fox and a few marmots that I haven't met in Slovenian mountains before. The return path on the road past the hunting hut under Lepi vrh slightly boring but the beauties of the ridge path cover that too. Almost no snow left, surely I'll return.

Today afternoon from Kokra to Javorov Peak. To avoid being too boring, extended return by about an hour and turned along ridge over Slaparjeva gora and Hude stene to Škrbina and past Zajca to valley. Nice stroll and nice views. Silence, peace ... Beautiful. Practically no snow left.

Been on the tower many times, today too. Seems quite solid.

There are generally few hikers there. I myself wanted to go on that path yesterday, but out of caution I chose a less risky variant instead. I also recommend myself for information.

Today from Suhadolnik to Grintovec. Road to Suhadolnik (parking) without major issues, further it's quite different (see photo). But since the car is left at the parking and you continue on foot, no problem. Trail ahead like trails in the Kamniks. Some spots could be repaired, improved, but fallen trees across the path have been cleared by diligent hands.
Interesting that info on closed Špremova trail (Grintovec - Dolška škrbina) on Jezersko side is poorly "published". Met two hikers from Grintovec along it to Kočna. Photo below taken at Kokrsko sedlo.
