Description:
Fuscher-Kar-Scharte is a saddle at an altitude of 2841 meters located in the High Tauern mountain range. The saddle is located 0.9 km south of peak Breitkopf. The nearest mountain hut is Schwarzenberghütte, located 4km northeast. A little further is bivouac Gruberscharten-Biwak. 4 km south-southeast of the saddle there is lake Sandersee. 0.8 km west from the saddle there is glacier Südliches Bockkarkees, 1.8 km southeast from the saddle there is also glacier Freiwandkees. The saddle is located above the valley Käfertal.
