Gamskopf

Description:
Gamskopf is 2757 meter high peak located in the High Tauern mountain range. The peak is located in country Austria 1.3 km southwest of peak Hohe Riffl. The nearest mountain hut is Erzherzog-Johann-Hütte, located 6km southeast. Closer is bivouac Glocknerbiwak, which is located 5km to the southeast. Northwest from the summit there is glacier Oberwinkl Kees, 1.7 km north from the summit there is also glacier Rifflkarkees. West of the summit is the valley Dorfer Tal.
