Granatenkogel - Monte dei Granati is 3304 meter high peak in the Natural Park Ötztal. The peak is located on the border between the country of Italy and the country of Austria. The nearest mountain hut is Zwickauer Hütte - Rifugio Plan, located 4km south-southwest. A bit closer is bivouac Rauhjoch Biwak, which is located 3km to the southeast. 0.7 km northwest from the summit there is glacier Westlicher Ferwallferner, 0.8 km north from the summit there is also glacier Östlicher Ferwallferner. Northwest of the summit is the valley Gurgler Tal. The peak is located on the ridge Ötztaler Hauptkamm - Cresta principale Alpi Venoste.
