Schwarzköpfl is 3124 meter high peak located in the High Tauern mountain range. The peak is located 1.6 km west-northwest of peak Großer Bärenkopf. The nearest mountain hut is Heinrich Schwaiger Haus, located 4km northeast. A bit closer is bivouac Gruberscharten-Biwak, which is located 1.8km to the east-northeast. East-southeast from the summit there is glacier Westliches Bärenkopfkees, 0.7 km north from the summit there is also glacier Schwarzköpflkees. East-southeast of the summit is the valley Käfertal.
